1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 egg
2 green onions, chopped
1 package wonton wrappers
Sweet and sour sauce
Combine the ground pork, water chestnuts, salt, soy sauce, egg, and green onions in a bowl.
Place 1 teaspoon of mixture onto the center of each won top wrapper. Follow directions on the won ton package to seal the wraps correctly.
Place a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each won ton until golden brown.
If desired, serve with sweet and sour sauce.
