1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
2 cups chopped mushrooms
2 onions, chopped
2 cups cooked skinless turkey breast strips
4 small potato rolls, split
3/4 cup shredded reduced fat Monterey jack cheese
Preheat a broiler.
In a large skillet, melt the margarine and add the mushrooms and onions, stirring as needed until softened. Add the turkey and cook until heated through.
