16 ounces lean ground beef
1 cup stewed tomatoes
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 cup dry, grated, seasoned bread crumbs
1 jumbo egg
3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
6 packed teaspoons brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix three tablespoons of ketchup (hold the other tablespoon for next step), the cider and brown sugar. Place aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients using your hands.
Place a scoop of the meatloaf mixture in each cup of a muffin tin.
Take the ketchup mixture and spoon over the meatloaf.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
