3 garlic cloves , minced
1 pound lean ground beef or 1 pound ground turkey
16 ounces frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
In a large skillet, heat the oil and garlic over medium heat, about 30 seconds.
Add the beef and green beans; sprinkle with salt. Mix well.
Cook 5 minutes or until the beef is well browned, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the walnuts; cook 2 minutes more.
Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
