1 lemon
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch dried oregano
2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
Split the lemon into halves and squeeze one half onto the chicken breast.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
After the oil has heated, add the chicken.
While cooking, apply the juice from other lemon half and the oregano
Sauté each side of the chicken breast for 10 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
