2 cups blackberries
1 cup chilled evaporated whole milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup agave nectar
Put the blackberries into a food processor and puree them. Remove the seeds from the juice by pressing it through a sifter. Add the yogurt and agave nectar to the blackberry juice.
Whip the evaporated milk until it is somewhat solid and can form peaks. Combine the blackberry mixture with the milk. Serve immediately.
