1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 pork loin chops, boneless, trimmed of excess fat (about 4 ounces each)
Cooking spray
In a wide, shallow dish, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together using a whisk.
After rinsing the pork chops, dip each piece into the honey mixture to coat. Do not discard the remaining sauce.
Lightly coat a grill (or pan if cooking on stove top) with cooking spray. Cover and cook the pork chops over medium-high heat. Baste both sides of the pork chops with the leftover sauce. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping the pork after about 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
