2-4 pounds grapes
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
8 ounces fat free sour cream
½ cup artificial sweetener
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Wash and drain the grapes.
In a blender or food processor, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla on high for 3-4 minutes.
Add the grapes to the mixture and mix thoroughly until all of the grapes are covered.
Pour the salad into a 9x13 cake pan. Top with brown sugar and chopped nuts.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
