3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and grated
1 cup broccoli, cut small
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2 cups brown rice, prepared
1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut small
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add the ginger, broccoli, and garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the brown rice, pineapple, and water to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes while stirring occasionally.
