1 cup warm water
2 packages yeast (not quick-rising)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/4 cups flour
Mix the warm water and yeast together in large bowl. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add the butter, eggs, salt, and sugar and stir. Slowly add the flour, about 1 cup at a time until a dough forms.
Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (max 3 days).
Divide the dough into 24 equal sized pieces, and roll each piece into a smooth ball. Place the dough balls onto a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish in rows, spaced evenly apart. Cover the baking dish and allow to rise for 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
Bake the rolls in a preheated 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
