1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 medium banana, sliced
1 pear, cut into cubes
2 peaches, cut into cubes
In a small saucepan, mix the orange juice and cornstarch. Drain the juice from pineapple chunks and add the juice to the mixture. While stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Let the mixture cool and then mix in all fruit. Chill until ready to serve.
