8 cups zucchini, diced into 2 inch pieces
¼ cup coffee creamer powder
¼ cup butter
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Boil the zucchini for 10 minutes in a large pot. Drain and add the butter to the pot. Mash the zucchini with the butter.
