1 1/2 pounds cod fillets
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preheat a broiler allowing 6 inches of space between the rack and the heat source.
