1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celerysalt
1 pound tilapia fillets
Turn on a broiler. Place the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter, basil, pepper, onion, celery, and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix well. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and arrange the fillets in the pan.
Broil the fish for 3 minutes on each side. Cover with the cheese mixture and broil for 3-4 more minutes or until the cheese is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
