3 cups oat bran cereal
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 tablespoons egg whites
2/3 cup artificial sweetener
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup walnuts
1 1/3 cups blueberries
2 scoops vanillaprotein powder
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine the oat bran cereal and almond milk and let soak for 5 minutes.
Combine the remaining wet ingredients.
Add the sweetener and protein powder and mix well.
Stir in the walnuts and blueberries.
Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes or until done.
