4 eight inch whole wheat tortillas
2 cups sliced cooked beef steak
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup thawed frozen corn
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained
½ cup low fat cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the cooked steak into small strips. Lay out the tortillas onto a baking pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Place even amounts of spinach, corn, beans, cheese, and steak onto each tortilla. Pour a tablespoon of barbecue sauce over each one and roll to form wraps .
Bake the wraps for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
