I do start my days with an "attitude of gratitude" but I do find I am at my best when I focus on positive affirmations. It is so easy to fall into the "eye's wide shut syndrome" as I call it, when we go about our daily lives on auto pilot. I want to be more aware of my own "here and now" moments, and affirmations seem to help me do just that! Here's to DAILY AFFIRMATIONS! Let's do it together!!
