1) Start early in life with basic stretching and resistant exercise that use to be called calisthenics many years ago.\n\n2) It should become a habit , not regimented.\n\n3) No more than 15 minutes a day, maximum 20 minutes.\n\n4) Best time is when you get up in the morning before breakfast.\n\n5) The best way to sip water is when it is too hot to drink. Boiled tap water at all times for drinking.\n\n6) Eat simple wholesome food at meal time. Get familiar with food value. Learn about food combination\n\n7) Learn about the many health problems and learn their causes.\n\n8) I have learned these methods on my own since I was a young lad and I am still learning. \n\n9) When you achieve this and enter in your sunset years, you will enjoy every moment of those years with the money you saved from doctors and hospital bills. \n\n10) Prevention is worth more than all the health plans put together. Too many people neglected their health during their younger years and are now paying dearly in their sunset years.\n\n11) With process foods, fast foods and confusion makes it hard for the average person to follow this path. Do NOT give up hope.\n\nThis is my living thoughts. \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n \n
