I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. My time in the waiting room always flies by at their office because of their huge selection of magazines. I'm able to catch up on all the latest gossip and relax before my appointment.
