Parking is validated, but you still have to pay a portion. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Dr. John is really a compassionate and dedicated physician. I feel lucky to be one of his patients. I only wish he accepted HMSA.
