I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment with them. I didn't have to wait at all. The staff was decent, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I had to wait over and hour to see the doctor for both of my appointments. UNACCEPTABLE!
