Dr. Sharda Bobba was my physician for about 3 years. I miss her as my Dr and as the person I looked forward to meet with on a regular basis because of her professional demeanor, her caring voice as she asked how I had been doing since we last met and our seating arrangement was set side to side over the desk making our conversation more personable instead of across which makes it feel colder, and directed. I even had a Dr. (before I met Dr. Bobba) who required me to sit way far across from his desk at the very entrance to the office. It felt so great when the distance to the Dr. was shorten from about 12 feet to about 3 feet or less. I remember how interested Dr. Bobba was in me getting better and NOT just in me being another case to dispense medication to and send out their way. In her case, she spent her time catching up with me, recommending what I should try next, and at the very end of the last few minutes was she able to get to the medication that was to be dispense and the details related to it.

It is so interesting to see the copies of the “Healthcare Bills Paid”… that show how my dearest Dr Bobba was paid by my Health plan… She only gets paid for a mere 30 minutes of her time and ONLY for services rendered for MEDICATION DISPENSING! It means that any time I spent with Dr. Bobba which exceeded the 30 minutes was FREE CARE.. No charge from her!!! And, all the time she spent CARING ABOUT ME AND RECOMMENDING SOME MORE… WAS FREE PROFESSIONAL CARE…!!! Then, the pay was just pennies when you see what she got paid for those 30 minutes. How can one pay a Dr like Dr. Bobba for such a devotion to her patients? I am sure she is the same with all her patients like she is with me. Even if I want to feel that I am quite a special patient… the truth is that Dr. Bobba is QUITE A SPECIAL DR. IN PSYCHIATRY!!!

I am so grateful to my beloved Dr. Bobba! She truly cared about me! I am sure she might have thought about me and how I have been doing (more than once) after I had to move far away to another city and was unable to continue my treatment with her.

To Dr. Bobba,

I WISH I could be under your care again, Dr. Bobba, I miss you so much!! I am sorry I never wrote that letter I said I would… I am still hanging with the issue you helped me so much. I haven’t moved forward here as there is nowhere to go… but I have faith and hope… thank you for having been part of my life! God bless you.

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
