I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Dr Burns by far exceeds all other infectious disease doctors!. Her secretary on the other hand adds nothing but caious and greatly lacks organizational skills.Yet she always has enough bad attitude that makes getting in to see Dr Burns difficult,
