Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time. So many violations. They treat patient as if it is some sort of lottery. They demanded an excessive amount of medical records, even though I brought a folder of medical records from my PCP, and they cancelled my appointment twice. They stated the doctor needed to look at my records before even deciding to accept me as a new patient. So many HIPAA concerns. Even the officer manager of my PCP had to call them to advocate on my behalf in light of the unreasonable conduct and treatment and circumstances I was being subjected to. Please do not go see this provider. This is by far the most horrible experience I have ever had. They are extremely uncaring, rude, obnoxious. I suspect their conduct is a violation of the standard of care the way patients should be treated and I will be filing the appropriate official complaints with the board of medicine as well as other florida administrative agencies.
