I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. The office staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They treat the patients as if they are 2nd class citizens that should be ashamed they are having issues with anxiety/depression, etc. The doctor seems extremely worn out and uncaring. I could barely understand him, and 2 minutes into my very 1st appointment he started writing his prescriptions for me. The entire experience was a nightmare and i would urge anyone not to go!
