One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
