Dr Pavon is not only a great Internist and Pulmonary specialist but a great doctor who is willing and able to do whatever he can to help with any problem he can himself, not just refer to others. He is has shown me to be skilled in many areas and willing to do what is needed when he can, doing things the "old fashion" way himself, not passing it off to his nurse to get you ready for him. But, when it is out of his range of skill and training, he quickly refers to a specialist. I have found him to be very dedicated, willing to discuss what's wrong and not in a hurry to move on to the next room while you still have questions, something that too many doctors seem to do today.
