The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.....though they did apologize profusely when someone in the office faxed my entire medical file to the fax machine at my husband's office (shared by 40+ employees). One would think that by the year 2010 anyone working in a medical office would know HIPPA backwards and fowards. She did explain that the reason she made such an unbelievable mistake is because she "always faxes files back to the number on top of the request fax"...even if the patient clearly states they want their file sent to them through the mail. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I thought Dr. Dunnington was the greatest doctor there was for many years. However, as with so many providers today, the bottom dollar and the need to protect themselves from "fault", my health became a tertiary concern. Once I started seeing another specialist many of the "old school" methods he used to treat me resulted in additional health complications while complaints I made about problems I was having were repeatedly disregarded.....then diagnosed as serious conditions when I finally saw a doctor who listened.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
