I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
