All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in-detail, and they took the time to really listen to me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I couldn't have easily fallen asleep in them. There is no way I could compare them to other urologists because they are far more knowledgeable than anyone else in the field.
