Not only did they not answer my questions, they barely gave me any information whatsoever. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming. I'm still mad about how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I ended up having to reschedule my entire day because of my appointment. Very rude staff, even more rude doctor that hangs up on his patients when he is impatient (I've seen him do it during private visits) and a place or doctor I never want to see again. He's an insult to the medical/healthcare industry. (Btw, I'm a physician myself.)
