I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I wasn't happy with how my appointment went at all. Their office was clean enough, but I wish they had taken the time to clean it more often.The staff treat you as a number, not a person. After many years of using this provider I have finally reached my breaking pout and am changing urologist. If you even consider using this practice, you had better not care about bedside manner. They won't be receiving any more of my health care spending... They haven't earned it...

I had been to see this urology group twice and both times I made an appointment the receptionist would call right before the appointment and say that the doctor was busy and we would need to reschedule. When I went there with an emergency, which the doctor had told me to do, it took 72 hours to get the results and the prescription. My doctor was on vacation and there was apparently no other doctor available. I would certainly not recommend this doctors' group to anyone. They are not professional with their patients, do not keep appointments and seemed completely disinterested that I had an infection and the doctor was away. The receptionist was also disinterested that I was unhappy and wanted to see a different doctor due to the constant canceling of appointments.
