Their staff was not friendly, but RUDE, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointments were pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. There was a constant problem filling my RX's. When I asked they staff why it took an "act of god" to fill them, Marianna said: "if you dont like it go somewhere else." If they answer the phone you hit the jackpot. If they returned your call from the answering service then you hit the lottery. I Told Doctor Richard Jones this and HE left the exam room and returned in a few minutes. Doctor Richard Jones came back and said "you should look for another Doctor." I guess this is the kind of treatment you would expect from a man who MURDERS innocent animals as a hobby or for sport. His trophies can be seen on his office wall.
