Alyaa Irhayyim
Dr. Alyaa Irhayyim is an Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist with a subspecialty training in Hematopathology. She joined the Medical University of South Carolina as an Assistant Professor in 2024. She earned her medical degree from the University of Baghdad/College of Medicine in Iraq. She completed a residency training in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and a fellowship training in Hematopathology at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Her clinical interest areas include diagnosis of lymphoma, leukemia and myeloid neoplasms. She has a special interest in teaching and actively participated in research projects in Pathology. She is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.Services
