In 2022, she became a “Girlologist”, offering live seminars about puberty for girls in the Lowcountry. Keaton has traveled multiple times to the Baja peninsula of Mexico for medical mission work.
Keaton and her husband, Eric, moved to Isle of Palms in January 2012. They now have a daughter, Elliot, and two sons, Dorian and Alistair. When rare free time occurs, Keaton enjoys being outdoors, gardening, coaching basketball, doing anything competitive, cooking, and taking her children to the beach.

Keaton was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She graduated from Lee University (c/o 2008), where she received her Bachelors in Science and played collegiate basketball. In 2012, she received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.
