He obtained his medical degree from Tehran Islamic Azad University — Faculty of Medicine in Iran. Dr. Mosallaie joined the biomedical engineering faculty and served as the medical director of the University Health Center at Islamic Azad University, Qazvin.
Dr. Mosallaie completed radiology residency training at Cebu Doctors University Hospital in the Philippines.
