Sophie Presny, D.N.P., C.R.N.P., is a family nurse practitioner with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Presny has been providing holistic, family-centered care to children and adults in Northern Virginia since 2020. Prior to obtaining her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, she practiced as a specialized, pediatric cardiovascular intensive care nurse within the Johns Hopkins Health System from 2016-2020. N.P. Presny demonstrates expertise in practicing preventive medicine and managing chronic illnesses for her patients across the lifespan. She has a particular passion for pediatric and women’s healthcare, enjoying the opportunity to provide evidence-based treatment and counseling on the topics of pediatric development, family planning and contraception, gynecological health and menopause.
