Dr Binebaum earned a Doctor of Medicine from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University in Israel in 2013, as well as a PhD in Cancer Immunology from the Techion Institute of Science in Haifa, Israel, focusing on the role of tumor-associated macrophages to chemotherapy resistance on pancreatic cancer. Dr Binebaum completed pediatric residency in Tel Aviv Medical Center in 2020 and joined the Boston Children's / Dana-Farber fellowship program in pediatric hematology/oncology, from which he graduated in 2023. Dr Binebaum is currently working in the Mooney lab in Harvard, developing materials for immunotherapy applications.
