She earned her medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin, staying at MCW for her Internal Medicine Residency. She was chief residents before becoming Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr Lyons works as a primary care physician on the main campus, with a clinical interest in obesity medicine and cancer survivorship. Dr Lyons is a true Wisconsinite having grown up on a small dairy farm in central Wisconsin.
