Originally from Houghton, MI, she graduated from Michigan Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before earning her Doctorate in Medicine from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. I chose the Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program because of the excellent, rural-focused training that is provided to residents in a beautiful area with unparalleled access to the outdoors. As someone who grew up in the Upper Peninsula, I am passionate about rural healthcare and the unique medical needs our communities face.
