Dr Brown is a resident physician with the UP Health System ? Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program. Originally from Accra, Ghana, and Columbia, MO, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in Biology before earning his Doctorate in Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. I chose this residency program because, here in Marquette, I can grow into the community-centered physician I want to be, with a focus on the skills I want to develop. Secondly, some of the recent graduates I interacted with spoke highly of how well prepared they were for practice right out of residency training because of the exposure and skills learned.
