Anna began her nursing career 16 years ago after earning an undergraduate degree in nursing from Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. She has experience in critical care, cardiac care, and emergency medicine environments. She spent over eight years as an RN in Clinch Valley?s intensive care unit. She earned a graduate degree in 2019 from Chamberlain University with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has provided primary care and wellness promotion to the Richlands and surrounding communities since then. ?I moved away from Southwest Virginia at 19 hoping to find bigger and better places,? Anna said. ?I found out quickly enough that bigger does not mean better.
