She then went to work as a home health nurse until she obtained her master?s degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University. La Donna has spent the last 18 years working as a Family Nurse Practitioner with her most recent experience as administrator for a home health and hospice agency. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her husband Jim and her two daughters Jordan and Mackenzie. La Donna?s oldest daughter Jordan is a second-year pharmacy student at Appalachian College of Pharmacy and holds a degree in Public Health.
