Dr. Amir Jahanshad is a general pediatric cardiologist at Weill Cornell Medicine. He is appointed as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Komansky Children’s Hospital.Dr. Jahanshad earned his medical degree from Rush University Medical College. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Jahanshad completed his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at NewYork- Presbyterian/Columbia, where he served as Chief Fellow.Dr. Jahanshad specializes in general pediatric cardiology, the evaluation and treatment of congenital heart disease, pediatric echocardiography, and fetal echocardiography.
