My name is John M Hollingsworth, MD, MSc, and I am a board-certified urologist and the chief safety officer for UF Health. Along with my urology expertise, I bring years of experience overseeing quality and patient safety programs, first leading efforts at University of Michigan Health before managing the quality program at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, Illinois. I received my medical degree in 2002 from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. In 2006, I earned my Master of Science degree in health care research from the University of Michigan Horace H Rackham School of Graduate Studies in Ann Arbor.
