Kim is a longtime resident of Marin where she and her husband have raised their four children. She received her Master's of Science in Nursing from UCSF and worked in Santa Cruz County as a Nurse Practitioner before returning home to Marin to work with MarinHealth. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she earned a Master's degree in Nutrition from Northeastern University and worked as a Dietitian.
