Lauren Collen, MD
Dr Collen’s clinical and research interests lie in the care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. She has special interest in understanding and treating patients with very early onset IBD (VEOIBD), defined as disease onset at less than 6 years of age, and those with disease that has been refractory to conventional therapies. Dr Collen completed an Advanced Fellowship in Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Boston Children’s Hospital and is a recipient of a Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Research Fellows Award.
