About
Adam Gracon
A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Dr. Gracon earned his medical degree from Michigan State University School of Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, and completed his residency in General Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He went on to complete his fellowship in Abdominal Transplant Surgery at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Piedmont, he practiced as a Transplant Surgeon at Ochsner Health in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Gracon is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He specializes in kidney, pancreas and liver transplantation, and has a special interest in donor organ optimization and emerging technology. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, home projects, gardening, and golf. Dr. Gracon welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
