Mark Linsenmeyer, MD, is a physician in the Department of Physical Medicine and Neuro-Rehabilitation at Barrow Neurological Institute. He is board certified in brain injury medicine and in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Linsenmeyer’s expertise lies in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with brain injuries, strokes, and other neurologic conditions in the neuro-rehabilitation setting. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Linsenmeyer earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency and a brain injury medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
His research interests mirror his clinical interests, which center around improving function after neurologic injury as well as spasticity management, disorders of consciousness, sleep dysfunction, and quality improvement.
