Rehan Kahloon, MD
Dr Kahloon comes from a family of distinguished physicians. Inspired by his cardiologist father to passionately pursue medicine as a career, he finished his pre-medical education through the University of Cambridge and University of London, UK. After medical school, he initially came to the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. Later Dr Kahloon joined the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for an NIH funded translational research fellowship with a focus on vascular biology, vascular inflammation, endothelial injury, angiogenesis, pulmonary hypertension, and right heart failure. He has written various peer reviewed publications on these topics.
